Her Best Friend Is Mad That She Went Skydiving Without Her On Her Birthday

She let Lucy know that she can’t reschedule skydiving or the hotel, since those things were already paid for and they would not get their money back.

She even showed Lucy the confirmation email from the skydiving company to prove that she would not be able to get any sort of refund.

As Lucy wondered what to do, she insisted that she and Rachel still would be going skydiving on her birthday, even if that meant going with just the two of them.

Lucy began sobbing and saying she couldn’t believe that they would do everything without her on what is her 18th birthday.

“She’s the one who decided to pick up a 12hr shift on the one day we’d made plans months in advance,” she explained.

“I told her to text her crush back and say never mind she can’t take the shift. To which she replied, “I can’t do that, I already told him that I would.”

“Like…you told me the same thing months ago. The way I see it, she’s choosing a guy with a girlfriend in his late twenties over 2 girls she’s been friends with for 4 years.”

She’s still wondering if it was wrong to go ahead with Lucy’s birthday plans without Lucy. Would you have done the same thing in her situation?
