“My SIL (Beth’s mother) later approached me and asked me why on earth I ruined Beth’s makeup that she worked so hard on,” she said.

“I told her that the foundation wasn’t Beth’s shade and would look really bad in photos, so I took it off.”

“My SIL took great offense to this comment and told me that Beth isn’t my child and I should’ve kept my hands off.”

She’s left wondering if her sister-in-law was right and if she should have left Beth’s makeup on, even if it was so bad.
