So, she has been living with Linda ever since. But, after her son turned six about three years ago, she started to dip her toe back into the dating pool.
It was at that time that she started going to the gym in hopes of shedding some extra pounds she gained during motherhood. And after going to the gym consistently, she eventually started talking to her now-husband.
Her husband worked at the gym back then and would always nod his head or say hi whenever she went in. Then, he eventually approached her and commended her dedication to her health. He also finally asked her out.
“I almost said no. I had only ever been with one guy, and that was before the stretch marks and stuff. But Linda told me to go for it,” she revealed.
Anyway, she and her husband– obviously– hit it off and later got married. Now, she works and lives with her husband; meanwhile, Linda moved into her guest suite and took care of her son both before and after he went to school.
And because of her super close relationship with Linda, she is still a large part of her ex-boyfriend’s family. In fact, several members of his and Linda’s family were even invited to her wedding– where they called her new husband a total upgrade from her ex. Yikes!
Still, she never told her ex-boyfriend about that comment until last Sunday, when her ex dropped her son off following his visitation. It was during that interaction that her ex decided to ask if she ever wondered what their life would have been like together had she not gotten depressed.
According to her, though, she actually snorted in his face and honestly told her ex that, no, she never thought about it.
But, her ex apparently became a bit offended by her response and tried to claim that since his family has done a lot for her, she should be grateful.
And that accusation that she wasn’t grateful already really pissed her off, so she decided to put her ex in his place.
“I said that I was grateful to them. I also said that all of them considered my husband an upgrade from him,” she vented.
