The story gets a lot stranger, too.
“Then we were about to eat our lunch when all of a sudden, the three of us got an Amber Alert on our phones,” she continued.
“And we were like, WTF is going on? So I look at my phone, and I’m reading the thing, and my sister, who’s in the kitchen, is like, what does it say? And I was like some lady kidnapped some kid, and this is the make and model of the car they’re in.”
I mean, it’s sad to say, but Amber Alerts are a pretty common thing in our country. So why would this specific Amber Alert cause this woman to make a TikTok video about an encounter with a stranger?
Well, the car in the Amber Alert was exactly what that strange woman was driving. When she and her sister realized that, it hit them that the strange woman had kidnapped the kid, and she just knocked on their front door.
“So obviously, we called the cops, who asked us a million questions, but we didn’t know anything else,” she added.
“So finally, we’re watching the news, and we see the lady that was just there getting arrested. And we were like that was…insane.”
What a whirlwind of events that led to the saving of a child. And what kind of kidnapper makes a pitstop at a “friend’s” house after stealing a child? And what are the chances that these women would pay attention to a stranger’s vehicle? This just shows that we need to pay attention when strangers approach. If these sisters hadn’t paid attention the way they did, that woman might not have gotten caught.
@soogia1 We still talk about this to this day. #onethingaboutme #nickiminaj #superfreakygirl
