When she got home, she laid out all the items she had managed to get her hands on and gave an overview of everything.
She found pricey perfumes, skincare products, and other beauty items. She also turned on the Dyson Air Wrap to test it out, and it worked!
Several TikTok users pointed out that someone had stashed the goods there on purpose with the intent of returning for them when the coast was clear.
“The fact it was all brand new stuff in one bag and they wrote ’empty’ on the Dyson box…a worker DEFINITELY was coming back for that stuff,” wrote out one user.
“Sephora has to ship Dysons back to the warehouse when returned, damaged, or used. So whoever put that in there planned to come back,” commented a second.
Others dished on their experiences working at retail stores and the guidelines they had to follow regarding what is considered trash.
“I’ve worked at Nordstrom and the amount of Dyson Air Wrap sets I’ve had to completely damage out is insane. They’re simply thrown out,” stated another.
“I almost got arrested when I worked at Dillard’s Estee Lauder counter for taking products that they were THROWING AWAY. Make it make sense,” shared someone else.
