She Purchased An Old Farmhouse In The Country And Didn’t Believe The Previous Owners When They Said It Was Haunted, But After Countless Creepy Experiences, She Now Thinks Something Paranormal May Haunt Her Property

Whenever someone in the family sleeps in the spare bedroom, they feel the bed shifting during the night, as if an invisible person is sitting at the edge of the bed. All her children, who are now adults, told her this happened to them over the years.

None of her children told each other years ago because when her son first felt the bed shift at night, he told her, and she asked him not to tell his sister because she didn’t want him to scare her. But she didn’t realize that her daughter experienced the same thing.

“My husband had heard someone calling his name when he was sleeping at least seven times in three months. He’s also heard footsteps when he’s been home alone.

One time, I had just gotten home from work, and I was talking to my husband. Then, my cell phone starts ringing, and it’s the house phone calling my cell phone,” she shared.

She and her husband stared at one another in confusion because no one else was home. She questioned whether he’d called her from the house phone before she got home, and he said he hadn’t, which was odd.

On other occasions, she’s heard her daughter calling for her when her daughter wasn’t home and she was home alone. Her husband has also heard their daughter calling out, “‘Mom'” while he’s been at the house by himself.

One time, she and her husband distinctly heard a man speaking in one of the rooms at the back of the house, and they assumed it was their son. They realized their son wasn’t in that room when they went to investigate. Despite all the spooky activity, she was only truly afraid once.

On this particular day, she arrived home after work and had the house to herself. While decompressing after a long workday, at 10:30 p.m., she heard what sounded like a person loudly falling in a bedroom upstairs.

She was terrified and searched upstairs but didn’t find anyone or anything that could have made the noise.

At the time, her husband was working, so she called her son, who was half an hour away from the house, at a party. She explained the situation and said she was scared, so he and some of his friends came to search inside and outside the home.

Her son also looked under the crawl space under the house, but he and his friends didn’t see anything that could have explained the noise, and there was no evidence that someone had broken in. She felt more secure after they verified that nothing was out of order.
