One time, TikToker Abby (@mylifein15) went on a second date with a guy she met on a dating app. He planned to take her to a golf course near his house to see the sunset.
He picked her up and drove 30 minutes to the golf course. When they arrived, he parked his car, and they walked off toward the wooded area.
They were not going to the entrance of the golf course because he was not a member there, so they were technically trespassing. However, he claimed to have permission to go to the golf course after hours for sunset walks.
He also took off his shoes, explaining that he liked to walk barefoot in nature. They walked on a sidewalk for about seven minutes, passing dog walkers and parents with babies along the way.
Then, he veered off the path and into the grass, leaving her still standing on the sidewalk. He started raving about how he loved the texture of the grass.
She thought he was being a little weird, and it showed on her face. He pointed out that it seemed like she was judging him for not wearing shoes. She reassured him that she wasn’t judging him at all.
He began walking away again and into the sand traps. At that point, Abby didn’t even want to watch the sunset with him. She wanted to go home, but he was her ride, and they were 30 minutes away.
They finally got to where they were going to sit after walking up a hill. He pulled out a picnic blanket from his backpack and proceeded to spread it out on the ground.
As Abby reached over to help smooth out the blanket, she noticed a big, brown stain on it. He quickly flipped it over so that she wouldn’t see it, but it was too late.

He told her that the stain was from a chocolate protein shake. They sat down and talked, trying to get to know each other better. When the sun started to set, he got up to pee. He urinated on a tree behind her as she watched the sunset alone.
After the sun set, it got cold out. He insisted that she take the blanket, but she declined the offer because she didn’t want to wrap a stained blanket around herself.
He was really persistent and almost defensive about it, though. By then, it was dark out, and she was ready to go home. He leaned in for a kiss, and she didn’t know why, but she let him kiss her.
Luckily, her mom called, wondering where she was. He looked really annoyed. They packed up their stuff and walked back through the woods.
As they were walking, he asked her about the riskiest thing she had ever done. She talked about how she had gone on difficult hikes and gone skydiving before.
Then, he asked what the closest brush with death she ever had was. It freaked her out, knowing that she had to sit in a car with him for 30 minutes.
During the car ride, he was acting pretentious and kept talking about a book he read in English class. At last, he dropped her off, and they both never texted each other again.
