TikToker Kay (@kay.kristine.s) did not just discover one hidden relationship. She uncovered a complex love affair that traversed states. What she found out was that her situationship has a wife and another girlfriend.
Some things seemed fishy from the start, but he was a master manipulator who managed to reassure her fears.
“The more that I questioned and the more he was able to give me legitimate reasons for things, the more I felt crazy for even asking because he had reasons for everything,” Kay said.
They lived four hours away from each other, and she only had time to visit him every other weekend. There were many times she made plans to visit him, but they would always fall through at the last minute.
One of his most frequent excuses was that he was getting called into work. In reality, he was living with his wife, so he couldn’t have Kay over.
At one point, Kay even asked him if he was married because he was acting so suspiciously. However, he showed her a divorce decree with his and his wife’s names on it. Later, Kay learned that the document was a forgery.
After seeing the divorce decree, most of her worries melted away. She had also looked up his wife and family on social media and saw no evidence that they were together.
“I started to back off because I was like, everything that I’ve ever asked, you’ve checked out on,” said Kay.
“The only thing that’s weird is that he still didn’t want to tell his family about me, and that I wasn’t able to come up to go visit him in his town. But again, it was always logical reasons as to why I couldn’t.”

When they were six months into their relationship, he decided that he wanted a new job. He got relocated 12 hours away in Texas. He told everyone that this would last a year, and then he would try to get a different job in his hometown or Kay’s town.
After he moved, their communication went downhill. As time went on, the harder it became to maintain a long-distance relationship. Eight months in, she got fed up with how things were going, so they broke up.
Even though they broke up, they still continued having a relationship. They talked about their future, marriage, and kids. He told her how much he loved and missed her.
However, they weren’t getting anywhere in the relationship, so she decided to cut off contact.
One day, she noticed that his supposedly ex-wife viewed her social media page. She broke contact and told him about it. A couple of hours later, she received a message request from his wife. The wife told her that they were married. They ended up talking on the phone.
“I explain to her that we’ve been in a relationship for the last year, and she said that she’s been married to him for 10 years and has never had problems,” said Kay.
“They’ve never talked about divorce. They are not divorced. They’ve lived together this entire time.”
The reason that everything is coming out in the open now is that they received a Christmas card in the mail from his girlfriend, who lives in Texas.
The whole time that he was in Texas, he was living with his girlfriend and her kids while still dating Kay and while married to his wife.
Kay also contacted the girlfriend to fill her in on what’s been going on. The girlfriend in Texas still wants to be with him, and he’s still trying to get with her because she’s able to offer him a way out of this mess he created.
Now, Kay wants nothing to do with him, but she is still mourning the loss of someone she thought she could spend the rest of her life with.
