Teacher Arrested For Doing Something Completely Unimaginable In Front Of A Whole Classroom Of Second-Graders
About an hour outside of Atlanta, Georgia, is a city called Carrollton. Carrollton is a rural, agricultural area that’s well known for having excellent public schools for the local children to attend.
Unfortunately, no matter how wonderful a school is, there’s just no way to predict the behavior of some teachers.
At one of the public schools, Mt. Zion Elementary School, a substitute teacher recently did something completely unimaginable in front of a whole classroom full of second-graders…
…That she then shared on Snapchat.

30-year-old Amelia Ressler was in class during school hours when she decided to allegedly play with herself in front of a classroom of children.
She filmed the entire thing, which lasted about 13 seconds, before uploading it to Snapchat. In the video, you can clearly see the faces of the children sitting in their seats while Amelia is at her desk.
There were 19 children in her class that day, and they ranged in age from 7-years-old to 8-years-old.
It didn’t take long for that video to get a lot of attention, and for employees of Mt. Zion Elementary School to see the footage.
The local police department began investigating Amelia after people working for the elementary school reached out to them about what had happened on school grounds.

Carroll County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post, “On February 5, 2021, Carroll County Investigators were notified by staff at Mt. Zion Elementary School regarding allegations of misconduct by a substitute teacher.”
“Through the course of the investigation, it was discovered Amelia Ressler, age 30 of Carrollton engaged in indecent and immoral acts while in the presence of school aged children,” the statement continues.

“We appreciate the dedication Carroll County Schools has for the safety of their students as they are working diligently to communicate with all parents of students affected and we will continue to work closely with them during the remainder of the investigation.”
“The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and Carroll County School system has been in contact with the District Attorney’s Office as State Law requires notification of allegations within 24 hours and we are working side by side with the District Attorney’s for their guidance and review of all allegations and charges.”
Currently, Amelia is being detained without bail. If she’s convicted of the 19 charges against her, she’s looking at spending 5 to 20 years behind bars.
