20 hours ago, the Brookhaven Police Department shared that they had the suspect in custody; 30-year-old Christopher Jones.
Someone had seen the photo of the man that the Brookhaven Police Department shared, and they tipped off authorities that it was Christopher.
Christopher has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, and Cruelty to Children in the First Degree.
