She and her boyfriend don’t have any problems in their relationship, and she doesn’t think her boyfriend is still in contact with this other girl or at risk of sleeping with her again, but it rubs her the wrong way that she has met this girl before and her boyfriend never mentioned hooking up with her.
If she does dig and ask her boyfriend outright if he slept with this girl, she knows he will own up to it, but she isn’t positive it’s a good idea to ask and confirm this.
“What happens if he meets up with her again? It’ll be totally innocent but I imagine it won’t feel nice for me,” she said.
“I feel like such a hypocrite because I’ve introduced him to a friend I used to date (and I told him) and I’m still in touch with other people I’ve dated. But I can’t stop feeling icky about this.”
She’s just having a hard time processing everything and moving on, even though this is clearly in her boyfriend’s past.
How can she get over knowing who her boyfriend was with before he started dating her?
