He started out by saying he has a friend named Woodrow, who stands about 5’2″ and wears enormous glasses.
Woodrow has scars from acne and he has clubbed feet too. He’s also a bit overweight to boot.
The man continued by pointing out that many women would want to reject a guy who appears that way, but after Woodrow stopped being unhappy about his looks and instead embraced it, things really changed for him.
“Out of all my old mates, he’d get the least first looks when we were out until he started talking to women, confidence is key, but the trick isn’t to act confident it’s to have confidence in yourself before thinking about what negative crap will be thrown your way,” he stated.
“As much as you’ll hear/read this currently and for the next lot of years, looks are not everything, and you can be a 3/10 but with an amazing personality which instantly makes you at least an 8/10.”
“The older you get, the more you realize the vast majority of conventionally attractive people fail to develop a personality because they feel they don’t need one.”
He ended his advice with a perfect quote from RuPaul: “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?”
