“Next up is the Rebirth,” she said. “This is when you finally do post a photo, and you’re gonna post your best photo.”
Essentially the goal is to make them jealous of your life that you’ve been so glamorously living without them. Post your most beautiful photo or your photo that makes you look like you’re having the time of your life.
“You can kind of imagine it as like your entrance back into the world,” she said.
Now comes the final victory moment in your plan to win your ex back.
“If you’ve made it to the final step, congratulations because it is by far the most fun step–because it’s basically the final say,” she said. “It’s when your ex reaches back out, and you determine whether you want to get back in a relationship with them or you don’t.”
Should you decide to use this method, just know it’s not always going to work out in this order. There’s a chance that you wouldn’t even have to get to step three before your ex reaches out, she explained.
“What you need to determine when your ex does eventually reach out to you is if there’s any value in that message,” she said. “If it’s just a ‘you look really beautiful’ or if it’s just a ‘wow, it’s nice to see you’, no value there.”
Should you decide to employ this method in your own love life, just remember that you want a sincere response from them when they reach out.
“What you’re wanting in this situation is something more along the lines of, ‘Hey, I really miss you, I feel like I messed up, can we please chat about what happened during the breakup’. That has some value to it.”
