One day, TikToker Danielle (@itsdanielle2u) was going through her boyfriend’s phone while he was out. She discovered that he had cheated on her and got another girl pregnant, but it turned out not to be his baby because the girl had been cheating on him the whole time.
She found out when she saw multiple messages from a girl that he hadn’t responded to. The last message was her telling him that she was pregnant. She waited for him to return and then confronted him with what she knew.
He kept telling Danielle that it was impossible for it to be his baby and that this girl just wanted to break them up. Danielle took his word for it. She forgave him, and they continued on with their lives.
But one day, the girl posted a picture online, and it went viral. The picture was of her and Danielle’s boyfriend lying in bed while he cradled her stomach.
Danielle figured that he had been lying to her about the baby not being his, so she left him. He put up a fight and kept trying to claim that it wasn’t his baby.
The other woman ended up giving birth to a baby girl four to six weeks early, but according to Danielle’s ex, the baby was eight pounds.
Danielle was confused because the baby was supposed to be premature. Apparently, the girl also named the baby after him.
One day, Danielle was outside when she saw the baby’s real father. Everything just clicked into place because they were the spitting image of each other. She told her ex that she had seen the real father.
“He found out that a) the baby’s not really named after him, b) she was lying the whole time, c) the baby’s alive and well,” said Danielle.

“The baby knows her real father, and he still doesn’t know if the baby has his last name or not because he never saw a birth certificate. So, that’s the story time about how I got played, but he got played, too.”
Some TikTok users expressed their thoughts on Danielle’s story, while others shared similar experiences with cheating partners.
“We’ve got to normalize leaving the minute the cheating is confirmed,” stated one user.
“Oh wow! Same scenario for me when I was 19 with my best friend and boyfriend…He found me on Facebook a couple of years ago, also talked about the child not being his and me being the one who got away,” commented another.
“Honestly, when you think about it, you didn’t get played at all because he really played himself. You just weren’t aware of everything he was doing. That’s not played. That’s just unfortunately oblivious,” wrote a third.
