When TikToker Kahvella’s (@kahvalla) sister was a freshman in high school, she developed a strong hatred for her English teacher. Many of the students bullied him and did not respect him.

“Basically, I was too scared of everything to even think about partaking in this,” said Kahvella. “Also, it was mean. All the kids were super mean to him, my sister kind of being the worst.”

She even tried to intervene and told her sister to stop the bullying, but she wouldn’t let up until the teacher quit his job.

Afterward, she continued to talk about him for the rest of her life until she died in a drowning accident in July 2021.

In early April of 2022, this teacher and his father went fishing in the local area, and they went missing. Their boat turned up, but they were nowhere to be found.

A search was launched and carried out for a week or two. The search was finally called off on Kahvella’s sister’s birthday.

The whole thing was such a coincidence that she believes her sister took out the teacher from beyond the grave. It may sound way too far-fetched, but there have been so many connections to her sister surrounding the incident that she is convinced her sister played a role.

For instance, her sister drowned in the river that flows directly into the body of water where the teacher went missing.

In the comments section, several TikTok users shared their own experiences with deaths that lined up in ways that seemed more than just a coincidence. Others also agreed with Kahvella that her sister had something to do with the teacher’s disappearance.

“My dad died on his ex-wife’s birthday. He absolutely hated that woman,” commented one user.

“My grandfather cheated on my grandmother for most of their marriage. They didn’t get divorced until they’d been married for 30+ years. Well, he’d been cheating with one woman for about three to five years before they got divorced. They eventually got married, too. My sweet grandmother passed away on March 12, 2024. Her birthday is October 12. Grandpa’s wife/mistress croaks in the middle of November 12, 2024,” wrote another.

“She did it. Lol, she told you on her birthday so that you would know it was her,” surmised a third.

Kahvella may not have any actual proof that her sister was the culprit, but she just can’t ignore how eerie the timing was. It was too specific to dismiss as a random event.

She still feels her sister’s presence in the world, even long after she was gone. If she didn’t believe in ghosts before, her sister is here to prove her wrong.

What do you think? Was the teacher’s disappearance just by chance? Or was paranormal activity a factor?

@kahvalla

How my sister whacked our high school English teacher from beyond the grave. Kind of a “if I don’t laugh, I’ll cry” type situation. Been sitting on this draft for a while cause I thought maybe it was a lil too personal or that I was being a little flippant about the situation, but it’s just so wild to me that I just had to finally hit post. #paranormal #grief #spooky #storytime #ghoststory
