When TikToker Trista (@whitewidow1313) was around 15 or 16 years old, her family moved into a house in a bad area with a lot of gang violence and drug activity. After moving in, they started checking out the wall downstairs. They were trying to track down an electrical cord.
Trista reached into the top of the doorframe and pulled out a small plastic box. The box was red on the bottom and clear on the top. There were four human teeth in the box. Trista’s mother and the rest of her family witnessed this whole situation unfold.
The house always had a creepy vibe, especially upstairs. There were two bedrooms upstairs. Trista’s bedroom was the one to the right, which was also where the entrance to the attic was.
Not long after the teeth discovery, her aunt and cousins came across an original Ouija board. It was from the first year that Ouija boards were ever released. They wanted to play with it, but Trista refused to participate.
Overall, about six or seven people lived in the house, so it was normal to constantly hear voices and noises. But one night, she was asleep in her mom’s room while everyone else was downstairs chatting. She had a pillow covering her face when she heard someone walk into the room.
She thought it was her boyfriend at the time, so she called out his name, but he didn’t respond. She figured that he was wearing headphones and couldn’t hear her. She started falling asleep, but was still awake enough to sense the presence of someone close to her.
When she opened her eyes, she saw a hand in front of her face. However, it was not a human hand. The hand was long, black, and spindly. She quickly squeezed her eyes shut. It was gone when she opened her eyes again.
She decided to lie down and try to go back to sleep. She heard someone step toward her bedroom across the hall, causing her to sit up.
She looked over and saw a hand reach out of her doorway and grab the doorframe. She immediately jumped out of her mother’s bed and ran downstairs.

She then sat on the couch and started rocking back and forth to soothe herself. When everyone asked her what was wrong, she was unable to utter a word.
So, they called her grandmother, who brought over a Bible. The second she stepped into the house, she got a bad feeling.
Later that night, Trista went back upstairs to sleep in her mom’s room. She felt a little safer because her boyfriend was with her. But as they were lying in bed and talking, a baseball suddenly flew out of the hallway storage closet and into the bedroom. After that, they slept downstairs for a week. They did not stay in the house for much longer.
Her aunt continued to live there after they moved out. One night, her aunt got home and discovered that the breaker box was filled with water, even though it hadn’t been raining. She stayed with Trista and her mom in their new house before moving in with Trista’s grandpa.
“I don’t know if it was just something in that house or if it was the land, or if it was just the area we were in, but whatever it was, it scared me to death,” said Trista.
“And it is still, to this day, the only experience I’ve had that genuinely scared me from like a spiritual standpoint.”
