If you’ve ever wondered how far “boy moms” can go, TikToker Holly (@hollyablair) is here to tell you all about it. Her mom was such a boy mom that her brother’s friends got stuff that she didn’t.

When she was a freshman in high school, she badly wanted an HP laptop for Christmas. It was affordable at only $125. Her dad got it for her, on sale for $75.

She wanted the laptop for journaling because her mom would always read her journals and tell the whole family about what she was writing.

For the first six months, Holly used the laptop regularly. After that, she stopped using it as much. One weekend, she was out with her friends, so she wasn’t home.

Her brother’s friend was over and didn’t have a laptop. Since he was going to college soon, her mom told him to take her laptop.

A week later, Holly was looking for her laptop but couldn’t find it. Her mom told her that she gave it to her brother’s friend because he needed it for school.

She never saw the laptop again. At the time, she was young and probably had a crush on him, so she just shrugged it off.

Her brother’s friends practically lived at their house, so there was more than one opportunity for Holly’s mom to try to give away her stuff.

Holly drove a Ford Ranger, and her sister left behind her white Nissan. Her brother’s friend didn’t have a car, so he was using the Nissan.

One time, her brother’s friend made a comment about how he missed driving around in a truck. Of course, Holly’s mom told him to take the Ford Ranger.

Holly butted in and said that she didn’t want to give up her truck. Her brother’s friend agreed, saying that he didn’t want to take it away.

But Holly’s mom insisted. She told him that he had to drive the Ranger or else he couldn’t drive anything. Holly was forced to move all her stuff from the truck to the Nissan. They had to trade cars for the summer until he got his own.

Another thing her mom would do was give away her food to the boys. They never had any leftovers because they ate up the food right away.

When Holly went out with her friends, she would put her leftovers in the fridge to save them for work. She worked 30 hours a week in high school and was paying for her own food.

One day, she came home and asked her mom where her wings were. Her mom said she gave them to her brother’s friend because he was hungry. Holly started hiding her food, but her mom kept giving it away to the boys.

Finally, she confronted her mom about it. These were college-aged boys who could figure out how to get their own food instead of mooching off hers, but her mom did not care.

“I was like, ‘Okay, so you won’t let these boys who aren’t your kids go hungry, but you’ll let me go hungry?'” said Holly.

After that, Holly started dropping off her leftovers at work so she would get the chance to eat them.
