After dropping $30,000 on a holiday excursion for a girl he had only been talking to for a few weeks, TikToker Justin (@jsally5656) has learned his lesson. He invited this girl to visit him in Dallas.
The girl told him that she was not financially stable enough to pay for her apartment and utilities because she wouldn’t be working.
But if they waited two months, then she would only need help covering her plane ticket. Justin decided to pay her rent and utilities for her so they could go on the trip sooner.
Right before the trip, she told him that she didn’t have enough money to get her hair done, so of course, he sent her the money.
When she arrived at his place in Dallas, she said that she hadn’t been able to get her eyebrows laminated. Later on, she broke a nail, so she needed to get her nails done.
So, he paid for all her beauty services and then took her to a ski resort. Unfortunately, it hadn’t snowed much, so she was pretty upset. They pivoted to their next destination, which was Mexico, to visit some friends.
One of their friends was an older, wealthier guy, and he paid for everyone’s meals and covered the cost of activities like golf. Justin made sure to thank him for his generosity, especially since there was no way he could’ve covered his own part of the bill.
At one point, Justin’s date took him aside and reprimanded him for humiliating her by letting another man take care of him. She told him that he needed to step it up.
He pointed out that he had already spent $30,000 on the trip and paid for her rent, hair, nails, and brows. She told him not to talk to her that way and refused to go anywhere else with him.

She demanded that he buy her a plane ticket to somewhere else. He offered to get her a ticket back home, but she did not respond.
“She ends up going to another destination, and then two days after I paid for the flight back to the country she was from, she says, ‘Hey, I need you to send all my belongings,'” Justin recalled.
He couldn’t believe the audacity. After he spent the money to fly her out for a trip, she was still completely ungrateful. Many TikTok users agreed that the girl’s behavior had been outrageous.
“Omg, how does someone have the nerve to ask for all of that? I would be totally embarrassed to ask for anything unless we dated for a good while. This is bizarre!” commented one user.
“I went on a first date to Vegas and forgot my sunglasses. This man offered to buy me a couple hundred dollar pair of glasses. He insisted for about 20 minutes, but I refused to let him spend money on me like that. So, 30 grand is insane,” stated another.
“Meanwhile, I get asked out on a coffee date, but I am expected to pay for my own coffee and drive myself, paying for my own gas,” wrote a third.
