Her Friend Asked Her To Be A Replacement Bridesmaid, But After She Saw The Bride’s Crazy List Of Rules She Has To Follow, She Wants To Drop Out Of The Wedding

A 20-year-old woman recently was asked by her 23-year-old friend Katie to be a replacement bridesmaid at her upcoming wedding that’s taking place this September.

She was thrilled to be included in Katie’s special day…until Katie gave her more information on what was expected of her.

“I was pregnant when she asked me to a part of her wedding,” she explained. “Since I have joined 5 people have dropped out due to her attitude and high expectations.”

“Well, Katie is upset because of everyone dropping out and the amount of people she has kicked out.”

“She wants everyone to drop everything this year for her wedding. She kicked one personal attendant out for getting engaged.”

Katie has 9 rules she thinks everyone should follow if they’re going to be part of her wedding, and here are all the rules:

None of the women in the bridal party are permitted to get pregnant prior to Katie’s wedding.

None of the women in the bridal party are able to get engaged anytime this year since Katie feels it will steal all of the attention away from her wedding.

Katie expects every single woman in the bridal party to respond to her text messages ASAP; no matter what.

For Katie’s bachelorette party, all the bridesmaids need to pay for all of her expenses in addition to their own expenses.

Katie expects every single bridesmaid to purchase multiple new outfits (plus, she wants everyone to have a set of brand new PJs) for the bachelorette party, which is going to be held on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Katie also expects all the bridesmaids to buy new outfits for the 2-day bridal shower, and the rehearsal dinner. Katie wants to ensure that all the photos all the bridesmaids take at her upcoming events will feature them in outfits they have never worn before or been photographed in before.

Katie also wants all of the bridesmaids to have all of the outfits for her events purchased right now, even though her wedding is not happening until September and the events aren’t taking place for a bit.

Katie is requiring that the bridesmaids get their nails professionally done for every single one of her events; not just the wedding.

Katie thinks her bridesmaids should buy her a present for every single event she is having.

Katie expects the bridesmaids to book hotel rooms so that they can sleep over the evening that the bridal shower is happening, and she expects them to book rooms for the night prior to her wedding happening.

Oh wow, that’s quite a list, isn’t it?

Well, after this woman calculated how much every single thing Katie wants will cost her (paying for decorations for every single event, paying for brand new outfits, paying for the bridal shower, paying for hotel rooms or Airbnbs, paying for the bachelorette trip, paying for her own drinks and foods and having to foot the bill for Katie too) she thinks it’s going to be at least $2,000, but it very well could be way higher.

She has tried so hard to be supportive of Katie, and she tried her best to follow Katie’s insane rules, then came the last straw for her.

Katie is a photographer, and she hired Katie to take photos of her newborn daughter, whom she gave birth to just 2 weeks ago.

“When she came she insulted my weight multiple times and reminded me I need to lose my baby weight before her wedding (not that much weight?),” she said.

“She then proceeded to insult my infant daughter. She said it was sad she looked like my “hillbilly” boyfriend and that her skin tone was reallyyyyyy dark implying it was a bad thing.”

“My boyfriend is half native and when I told her that she backtracked really quickly on her comment. However, she began to make fun of my skin tone because I am a red head and quite pale.”

If you thought that was the end of things, you’re wrong. After this whole photoshoot incident, Katie proceeded to leave tons of comments on all of the Facebook posts involving her daughter.

Katie won’t stop commenting on her daughter’s appearance, so she had to block Katie from seeing her Facebook posts.

Despite doing this, she’s still angry about Katie’s behavior. She really wants to drop out of Katie’s wedding now, but her boyfriend doesn’t want her to do that.

He thinks dropping out would be too dramatic, but she wants to take things to the next level and cut Katie out of her life forever after dropping out.

How would you handle this situation?
