Her Second Date Was, Quite Literally, Crappy

Many women have used the word “crappy” to describe a first or even second date. But, the TikToker Tricia Dupre went viral after she shared her literal encounter with “crap” on a second date.

In the beginning, Tricia did not suspect anything out of the ordinary. Her potential suitor seemed like a promising match.

“I met a guy online, and we went on our first date. He was funny and charming; we had a great first date,” Tricia said.

So, naturally, after this positive experience, Tricia continued texting the man. Then, one day during a casual conversation, the man texted her for help.

“He said, ‘Hey, you’re a nurse, and I cut my finger while doing some dishes.’ After, he sent me a picture of his wrapped up finger,” Tricia recalled.

What shocked her from the photo was not his sliced finger, but instead what loomed in the background.

“This should have been a red flag off the bat, but I ignored all the signs. Let me show you this picture,” Tricia said before flashing a screenshot of the man’s text.

While the man sat on a recliner with a dog on his lap and showed off his bandaged finger, his feet were also in the background of the photo. The issue with his feet was not overgrown toenails or hair, though– it was the brown discoloration.

“In the back were his filthy feet. So, I couldn’t help but to ask why his feet were so filthy,” Tricia said, “And he told me a lame excuse that his boat shoes dyed his feet black.”

Even though Tricia’s hindsight is 20/20 now, she decided to give him the benefit of the doubt at the time. They continued speaking, and, a few days later, Tricia was invited over to watch football at the man’s house.

“I accepted the offer, went to his house, and, while pulling in the driveway, something felt off. He had no lights on whatsoever,” Tricia said.

Yet another striking red flag. Still, Tricia knocked on the front door and entered the man’s home.

“As soon as I walked in, the smell hit me right in the face. It was pitch black in there, but there was one light on in the hallway. Then, he said to me, ‘hey, just be careful where you step,'” Tricia said.

While confused and trying to find her way through the dark and smelly house, she finally laid eyes on the smell’s source.

“The entire floor was covered in dog poop. There were literal landmines everywhere. Why I did not just turn around and run out the door, I have no idea. Apparently, I am just a glutton for punishment,” Tricia said.

As if her story could not get any worse, the man took Tricia to watch football in his bedroom.

“His bedroom was tiny, and in this tiny bed was him, me, and his dog. I am super uncomfortable at this point, but, of course, I could not help but to ask why there was dog poop everywhere,” Tricia recalled.

The man told her that his roommate had a dog and let them go to the bathroom inside their house.

“He said he was tired of cleaning up the dog poop,” Tricia said, “But, there was no roommate, and there was no other dog.” Gross.

Finally, she fabricated a reason to leave his house and managed to bolt out of there.

“Once I got home, though, he had the audacity to text me and ask why I left so abruptly. Sir, between your feet and the dog poop, nuh-uh,” Tricia said.

Her story may be a contender for the worst second date in history. If there is only one takeaway from Tricia’s revolting tale, it’s to leave as soon as the smell hits you.
