“I’m not joking, the dress looked terrible on me,” she said. “It was satin so it clung to all the wrong places, and since I’m kinda flat chested I didn’t fill the top out so it sagged.”
“I looked so ugly in it that I started crying because now I was going to have to wear this to prom.”
Her sadness then turned to anger, so she did end up sort of screaming at her mom for purchasing the dress without letting her try it beforehand.
Her mom wasn’t happy with that and began screaming too. Her mom accused her of being an ingrate. After all, her mom was just trying to help.
She does not feel great about this argument with her mom, but she isn’t ready to apologize to her mom yet.
