Despite the fact that this dress is ripping a rift in her fiancé’s family, she’s going to wear it anyway since it’s stunning and something she could “never afford.”
Her fiancé has attempted to do damage control with his family, but they don’t want to play nice. They want to stay mad about the dress, and her fiancé’s mom is threatening to not come to the wedding, though she’s claiming it’s not about the dress.
She’s wondering if it’s wrong of her to wear her fiancé’s stepsister’s prom dress when clearly it’s so upsetting for his family.
