She Found An Engagement Ring She Loves, But Her Boyfriend Doesn’t Like The Price

While this price is in question, the boyfriend also expresses how he doesn’t like that she picked out the ring herself. He even mentions how he wants to surprise her with the entire event, including the proposal.

The ungrateful bride-to-be then states that after 9 years, she wants it all.

“The element of surprise is out the door,” she said. “We have been together for almost 9 years! An engagement is not surprising anymore.”

“I would be more surprised if he didn’t want to get engaged or married. Engagements are surprising within the first two years of a relationship.”

“At this point, I want to know the ring I’m getting, the date I’m being proposed to, and where it is happening. I want to make sure my nails are done and I look good for the pictures.”

After all this, should the boyfriend find a bride who is more appreciative of his commitment rather than the ring’s price, or is the girlfriend right in this scenario?
