He Spent $900 On A Designer Suit, And His Girlfriend Thinks It’s Disrespectful To Her That He Did This Since She’s Struggling To Afford Her Rent Every Month In The City Where They Live

He believes himself to be incredibly thoughtful overall, though what his girlfriend said never once crossed his mind.

He didn’t appreciate that his girlfriend was trying to dictate to him how he can spend his hard-earned money, so he pointed out to her that it really wasn’t something she was allowed to demand.

“I already pay for most things in our relationship, so I don’t see why I can’t spend the rest of my money on things that I want,” he added.

“This lead to her starting a huge argument going back and forth. I tried to communicate with her, but she kept going on about how disrespectful this was of me so I just ended up leaving.”

This all went down a day ago, and he and his girlfriend have not spoken to one another since then.

He’s curious if it really was so rude of him to purchase the suit after all. Do you think so?
