Jada says for mindfulness, the two rules in the challenge are to meditate for 15 minutes a day and learn a new skill for 15 minutes. Jada says she’ll be learning a new language, but you can do anything, like practice a musical instrument, learn to knit, etc. 

Jada begins her 80 Strong Challenge at the beginning of April so that by the time her 80 days are done, it’ll be June 20th, and she’ll be feeling refreshed mentally and physically.
