Forget “75 Hard”: She’s Sharing Her “80 Strong Challenge” That’s Much More Accessible And Doable, Helping You Realistically Feel Better By Summertime

Jada’s 80 Strong Challenge focuses on three factors of health and lifestyle: physical activity, nutrition, and mental health.

For physical activity, Jada’s challenge has only two rules. The first is to walk around 5,000 or more steps daily and work out for 30 minutes five days a week.

“I’m aiming for at least 10,000 steps, but that’s just me personally,” says Jada.

“My 30-minute workout is going to be compound exercises with weights.”

These physical requirements are a lot easier for some people, as walking more than 5,000 steps a day can be challenging and time-consuming, and one workout of choice five days a week is much easier than two workouts every single day. After all, rest is essential!

Regarding nutrition, Jada once again has only two rules in the category. The first is to ensure you’re eating a protein source with your meals.

“We are eating protein in each meal,” says Jada.

“So, ideally, three times a day, and I suggest you have a go-to protein for each meal.”

Jada’s viewers love these rules as they don’t restrict certain foods like most diet plans. People can eat whatever they want during this challenge but must get enough protein in for extra satisfaction.

There is a water rule in Jada’s 80 Strong challenge, but instead of drinking a gallon of water daily, you only have to drink two and a half liters. A gallon of water is a little under four liters, so the two and a half will keep you hydrated without overdoing it.

“You have to be strong mentally, too,” says Jada.
