Sometimes, in larger families, relatives all bond over disliking one relative or in-law.

One woman recently snapped at her aunt, who’s notorious for bringing around negative energy, and told her that none of her nieces and nephews love her.

She’s 21 and comes from a large family. She has many cousins of various ages, the youngest being seven and the oldest 25.

Although it can sometimes be hard to bond with everyone in a big family, she and all of her cousins can agree on one thing: they cannot stand their 56-year-old aunt.

Her aunt is strongly disliked by her family because she’s always making comments about her nieces’ and nephews’ appearances, which has hurt a lot of people’s feelings.

Recently, the entire family got together for a relative’s funeral, and her aunt still felt the need to make rude comments about everyone.

“She looked at the seven-year-old and told her she should’ve worn a skirt that reached her ankles because she has horrible cankles,” she recalled.

“She told a male cousin of mine who was crying to ‘man up and wipe his tears away’ because he was ’embarrassing her’ by crying. She told me I should’ve worn leggings with my dress because you could see all the scars on my legs with the one I was wearing.”

That comment was especially hurtful, as the scars on her legs came from a traumatic accident, and they made her insecure.
