There is no shortage of adorable and hop-tastic desserts made especially for Easter.

With treats involving motifs of bunnies, chicks, flowers, and eggs, the spread of sweets is almost too pretty to eat. One great option to include on the menu this Sunday is cookies.

While festive cupcakes and pies are always fun to whip up, there’s nothing like a batch of freshly baked cookies.

The best part is that cookies have a remarkably fast baking time, so you can create an array of them with ease!

For Easter weekend, make TikToker Sarah’s (@sarahkraffty) whimsically wonderful browned butter cookies with Cadbury eggs, the star ingredient of this cookie recipe.

The sweet fondant center of the egg candies and smooth milk chocolate coated in a crisp pastel-colored shell elevates any regular old cookie. Sarah’s recipe makes 18 large cookies.

To start, brown one cup of butter (equivalent to two sticks) in a pan on medium to high heat until it starts foaming.

Once the foam forms brown speckles, that’s when you know the butter is browned. Take the pan off the heat and add one tablespoon of butter.

Let the butter melt into the pan. Then, pour the browned butter into a bowl and put it in the refrigerator until it has hardened, which should take about 30 minutes. Next, use a hand mixer to mix the browned butter until it develops a fluffy texture.
