In 1997, She Vanished From Her Friend’s Front Porch In Oklahoma, And Investigators Believe Foul Play Was Involved In Her Disappearance

During that search effort, investigators found an assault rifle, shells, and a 10-inch bone. At the time, the bone was sent to the state medical examiner’s office located in Tulsa, and Jamie’s mother, Vicki Williams, had hope that they may finally get answers in her daughter’s case.

“It’s bittersweet. I still hope that she is alive. I have never given up hope. I just want her to walk through the door and say, Mom, I’m home,” Vicki told The Oklahoman in December 2005.

Shortly afterward, investigators again searched the pond – this time, using a pump to drain its water and search for Jamie’s remains. However, the testing of the bone revealed that it was not human, and no additional evidence was found.

Authorities suspect that foul play was involved in Jamie’s disappearance and that she may have been taken against her will. Still, the exact circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unclear, and her case is still unsolved.

Jamie was five foot one, weighed 133 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. She also had various tattoos, including the initials “LO” on her left hand, a heart on her right hand, and the initials “LO” and a heart on her left calf.

She was last seen wearing Chic blue jeans, a blue Tastee Freeze t-shirt, a Raiders jacket, and black and white Nike shoes.
