It's hard to be livid with someone when they stand up and expose the ugly truth, even if that does happen to go down at their ex's wedding.

Two years ago, this 16-year-old guy's mom and dad went through a brutal divorce after his dad ended up cheating. He and his little siblings found out about the affair because they could hear their mom screaming at their dad about it one night when they came into the house.

His parents quit arguing when they walked through the door, but he had already overheard enough to piece together what was going on.

A couple of days later, his dad told them all that he was dating another woman, who just so happened to be pregnant. He questioned his dad about whether he had actually cheated, but his dad brushed his concerns away and said it was a complex situation he shouldn't bother himself with.

He pretty much hates his dad and his affair partner now, as do his siblings. His dad's affair partner was his mom's friend from work, and that made it even harder for his mom to deal with.

This woman played along and pretended to be friends with his mom, yet this woman was secretly sleeping with his dad. This woman has a history of cheating, and she cheated on the father of her seven-year-old daughter, who promptly walked out of their lives.

"My dad and his wife got married in June. We were forced to be there even though we didn't want to be. It was awkward watching him marry the person he cheated on Mom with," he explained.

"Then mom interrupted the wedding and started yelling at the two of them and calling them out for cheating, and she said they were sick for making me and my siblings watch it. She called out Dad's wife for pretending to be her friend and then breaking up her marriage, our family, and making us watch."

"It really [upset] my dad and his wife off because her daughter was there and heard everything." When they saw me and my siblings go to Mom, it bothered them even more. Dad made us sit down, and then he kicked Mom out and threatened to call the police."

When the reception began, his dad made it clear that he was mad about their mom wrecking his wedding day. His sister chimed in and said it served him right for what he did.

His dad's wife snapped that her daughter didn't need to be caught up in the drama his mom caused, and he shrugged his shoulders.

His dad's wife then demanded that they leave the wedding, so he called his mom to come get them, and they haven't seen much of his dad since then.

His dad has tried to spend more time with them, but they aren't keen on it, considering his dad still thinks they should be angry at their mom for ruining the wedding.

"Dad went all serious talk on us, and he was like, you can't excuse people doing bad things and ruining things for others, and he said she never should have let us see that stuff," he added.

"I said he never should have cheated and made us experience that either, but he did. I said he never should have made a baby with someone else while married to Mom, but he did that, too."

"My dad wanted to punish me for that, but he didn't want me in the house either if I wished away my half-sibling. It's probably been 9 or 10 weeks since we went to Dad's house last, and when he comes to see us or texts, he expects us to be mad at Mom now, and we're not. He said we should be mad at both and not just him."

He's left wondering if he's wrong for not being angry at his mom for ruining his dad's wedding.

Perhaps it was the incorrect place and time for his mom to expose his dad and his mistress as cheaters at their own wedding, but I can understand why he feels his mom was justified, because honestly, I do too.

It's no like his mom lied about a single thing, so I can't find her at fault here.
