If you’re trying to fall asleep at night, then you should probably wait until morning to read this story. TikToker Allie (@alliecheyswrld) is sharing a freaky story someone named Becky sent in to her.
Becky had been living in her house for two years. During those years, she often heard strange noises but never experienced anything scary until recently.
Her father was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. Sadly, he lost the battle on June 30.
A few months before his passing, Becky and her family noticed something strange going on in their house. One day, Becky, her fiancé, and her son were driving to dinner when her son told her that he had seen Becky’s father, his grandpa, in the house at three separate times.
The first time, he was standing in the doorway of his bedroom. The second time, he ran by his door and went into Becky’s room.
And the third time, his face peeked around the doorway, staring at him. He wasn’t sick, either. He seemed like his normal self.
“[Her son] went on to tell her what her dad was wearing, and he described exactly what her dad’s work uniform was. He immediately started hysterically crying,” said Allie.
Becky called her dad right away. He told her that he was fine. Fast forward to a week later, Becky was lying on the couch in the middle of the night, chatting on the phone with her friend, when she saw a tall, dark figure, wearing a cloak, go down the hallway from her son’s room to her room.
She told her fiancé what she had seen, and he revealed that he had seen the same thing twice. He didn’t tell her at first because he didn’t want to scare her.

Toward the end of summer, her fiancé got up in the middle of the night and then went back to bed. But Becky could feel someone standing behind her and staring at her. She was too scared to move.
Later, her son told her that he felt like someone was watching him while he was using the bathroom. When he turned to look, there was a dark figure standing in the doorway of Becky’s room. The figure had long, stringy hair.
“Whatever this is, she’s terrified that it took on the identity of her dad and that maybe her son has welcomed it into their home,” said Allie.
“She’s looking for help, answers, anything. She needs advice. She’s desperate for advice and suggestions on how to get this thing out of her house. She feels like she has tried everything.”
Another weird thing she’s noticed is that her house is suddenly being overrun with spiders. It could just be the time of the year, but this has never happened in the past.
