The timing of the recall is anything but convenient since this is just before the Easter holiday, which is an incredibly profitable time for chocolate sales.
However, it appears that other Ferrero products, which were produced in other U.S. factories, remain safe for consumption.
So, hopefully, there continues to be an absence of U.S. cases, and those infected in Europe will receive appropriate care.
