Ashley really had no idea that Jess was behind the scenes at prom going out of her way to ruin the entire day, which shocked her.
She quickly filled Ashley in on all of the information that she had.
“Understandably, Ashley was really upset because she had no idea,” she continued. “I found out later from another mutual friend that she even called Jess (even though they hadn’t spoken in months) to confront her about it.”
“They were best friends throughout HS and when I was telling her this I don’t think I realized how hurtful it would be.”
After she shared this news with Ashley, it crushed her. She wasn’t trying to stir the pot here, but she believed Ashley deserved to know the truth, even after 2 years had passed.
She does feel terrible for making Ashley feel so upset, so she’s wondering if she was in the wrong. Do you think so?
