A Guy She Went On A Date With Sent Her An Invoice After The Fact
Entering the dating world can be a crazy experience. Nerves and excitement run wild, and sometimes it’s hard to know exactly what you’re getting into on the first date.
One woman’s recent dating experience may make some people want to stay single forever.
Fiona Hope (@fifihopes) is a young woman who took to TikTok to tell one of the most baffling dating stories we’ve ever heard.
Fiona went on a first date with a guy that she wasn’t super into in the first place. However, she wanted to give him a chance and went out to dinner with him. When the bill came, she offered to split the bill, but he was very adamant about paying the bill himself.
“I let him pay,” explains Fiona in her video. “I’m not gonna beg to pay.”
Before they parted ways, Fiona’s date began to ask her very odd and personal questions. One of them included asking her if she’d be open to a casual relationship, which she’s not interested in.
Fiona had plans to meet up with a friend later that same evening, which seemed to aggravate her date. Although she may regret it now, at the moment, she figured that since he bought her dinner, she should invite him to tag along, which he did.
At the end of the night, they kissed, and it was the final confirmation that Fiona didn’t have feelings for him.

After their date, the guy messaged Fiona asking when they were going to see each other again. She gently told him that she wasn’t romantically interested in him and didn’t want to go out anymore.
The way he responded is shocking.
First, he aggressively listed off all the things that he thought he did right on the date. Then, he sent her an invoice. Yes, he sent her a bill for her portion of their dinner.
“Would you pay?” Fiona asks her TikTok viewers.
She then says that he should’ve just gone ahead and let them split the bill instead of sending a passive-aggressive invoice later on after not getting the casual relationship that he wanted.
Many TikTok users in the comments encouraged Fiona to ignore the invoice and leave this guy behind.
“Invoices are meaningless!” commented one user. “Honestly, just live your life in peace away from him.”
