The Watsons quickly realized that it costs a lot of money to keep up an ice cream truck, so they made a GoFundMe page asking for donations that would help them maintain the truck and get extensive mechanical work done.
Tons of donors stepped up to help, showing the Watsons that the truck had become an essential part of the community.
The Watsons drive the ice cream truck around during the summer but keep their community’s food pantry open year-round. Their outreach projects now fall under the name of their organization, AIM Outreach.
To this day, AIM Outreach is still taking money and food donations to keep spreading their good deeds and helping out the community.
