Once you get a nice, hard sear, flip them over and add salted butter, fresh garlic, a sprig of rosemary, and thyme.
After that is done cooking, move on to the shrimp and repeat the same process with a bit of butter and fresh lemon juice. Don’t forget to let the steak rest for at least five minutes before cutting into it.
Pair the main course with a side of roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a glass of white wine. Enjoy!
