Cook the brisket on low for eight hours. Once eight hours is up, remove the meat from the crockpot. Let the meat rest for an hour before slicing into it.
Then, chop up half a head of cabbage and place the veggies in the crockpot. Cook the cabbage on high for an hour. When the cabbage is finished cooking, that’s your cue to move in on the meat.
Finally, sprinkle a bit of flaky salt and apple cider vinegar on the cabbage. And that’s it! Have a happy St. Paddy’s!
