“And I told him again I don’t need a class. If I don’t want to be in a picture, I don’t have to be in one,” she vented.
“And he should respect that and stop being manipulative.”
Unfortunately, though, ever since she stood up for herself, it seems like her boyfriend’s feelings were hurt.
So now, she feels guilty for being harsh and has been left wondering whether she should apologize to her boyfriend or not.
Why do you think her boyfriend kept comparing her to his friend’s girlfriend? Is it understandable why she didn’t want to have her photo taken? Did she do the right thing by shutting down the “confidence class” comment? If you were in her shoes, would you apologize?
