She Allowed Her Mom To Rub Whiskey On Her Daughter’s Gums To Help With Teething, But Her Husband Freaked Out And Now Won’t Allow Their Daughter Over At Her Mom’s House Anymore

On top of scolding her for that, her husband also claimed that she wasn’t allowed to bring their daughter over to her mother’s house anymore. And afterward, he even called out of work for two whole days just to keep an eye on her.

“He is super paranoid, watching me every second with our daughter,” she explained.

“I feel this is unfair.”

Regardless, her husband is still really upset with her. So now, she’s been left wondering whether letting her mom rub some whiskey on her daughter’s gums was the wrong thing to do or not.

Have you ever heard of putting whiskey on a baby’s gums to relieve teething pain? Is it understandable why she went to her mom– who is an experienced parent– for help? Does it seem like she was intentionally trying to hurt her daughter? Why do you think her husband reacted so harshly?
