Finally, she found out through a mutual friend that her sister-in-law had chosen a white dress with small pink flowers on it. Her sister-in-law figured she couldn’t be mad because the flowers were in the shade of the wedding colors.
When she told her fiancé about what his sister was planning on doing, he was fed up. So, he had an idea to wait until the day of the wedding to see what his sister would show up in.
If she wasn’t wearing the dress she had shown him from a website and ended up wearing the white one, they’d kick her out of the wedding party.
Additionally, her fiancé said if his sister wore the white dress, she wouldn’t be allowed in any family photos, and if she tried to sneak in, the photographer would edit her out. Although she understands where her fiancé is coming from, she’s not totally comfortable with his idea because she’d have to do all the confronting.
After all, most of the drama would take place in the bridal suite before the wedding.
“I feel like she is being extremely unreasonable and hateful, and I shouldn’t let her bully me,” she explained.
“But I just don’t want to make my wedding about her. I feel that if I kick her out, it will cause some major drama and make the day miserable.”
How should she handle her sister-in-law’s dress antics?
