While it was never mentioned, he felt like his ex-wife’s biggest concern was left unsaid. This new area for the boys has offered them more privacy, and a fun place to hang out with their friends, thus making them want to spend more time at their father’s than at their mother’s.
“We no longer split custody based on our custody agreement, and for the last few years, the boys have lived the majority of the time with me, whereas our daughter alternates between our houses every 2 weeks,” he added.
Despite all of his ex-wife’s thoughts on the subject, he does not feel like he is in the wrong for creating this space for his teenage sons. Still, he’s worried he is unknowingly being disrespectful.
