She Found Out Her Husband Was Cheating, But She Never Confronted Him Or Ended Their Marriage
This woman is still married even though she made a shocking discovery regarding her husband about six years ago.
At the time, she received a random notification on her phone– asking her to rate a café that she had never even heard of.
Well, Google wound up being the platform that sent the notification, which was actually intended to “ping” her husband’s account.
“I thought I was just shared on his photos. It turns out it was all of Google, including maps,” she recalled.
“Yes, I’m dumb for not realizing.”
Anyway, she wound up looking at the café’s reviews, which didn’t mention much aside from the dress code, the joint’s appearance, and the friendliness of the waitresses who worked there.
She then became pretty confused and decided to check her husband’s map history, too. She wound up finding out that her husband went to that café four days a week– all days that he claimed he was at work.
This understandably left her feeling angry, hurt, and betrayed.
“I deleted all his Google info from my phone, and I nursed the hurt of it for a while before I got full-on mad and then indifferent toward him,” she explained.

However, she still didn’t leave her husband or end their marriage. Instead, she actually decided to remain in their relationship and enjoy the other positive parts of their marriage. They even had a child together afterward.
Still, ever since that day six years ago, she hasn’t actually been attracted to her husband on a physical level. He hasn’t complained about it, either, and she simply has no desire to be close with him.
And despite several years passing by, she has never brought up the fact that she found out about the café.
As time passed, her husband returned home later and later. He always uses excuses like “traffic was crazy” or that he just went to the gym after work. She knows that sometimes, those excuses are valid, too.
She also knows that her husband has been drinking at a local bar, and just last year, she checked his phone again.
While snooping, she saw that her husband had been receiving steamy from other girls and chatting with girls online.
“I haven’t had the energy or desire to look since. I’m a bit numb to it,” she admitted.
So now, she doesn’t think she will ever tell him that she knows about the infidelity. And after all these years, she can’t help but wonder if looking at her husband’s phone in the first place was really the right thing to do.
