A Pregnant Pup Named Connie Was Saved From A Shipping Container By Coast Guard Inspectors Who Heard Scratching And Barking After She Got Trapped Inside For At Least One Week

It is unclear how Connie came to be stuck inside a shipping container. No owners came forward to claim her, and she did not have a microchip.

For the duration of her pregnancy, Connie will be staying with a veterinarian. Once she makes a full recovery, the organization will find her a permanent home.

Thanks to the actions of the marine inspectors, Connie the Container Dog has been given the chance to start a new life and become a mother!
