She Wouldn’t Take Care Of Her Sick Husband Because He Was Just Acting Like A Child While She Was Already Burnt Out

This woman and her husband both have full-time jobs, and she gave birth to their daughter two and a half months ago.
She is nursing, and for two days straight, their daughter wouldn’t stop crying. Their daughter wanted to eat more frequently in shorter periods, but wouldn’t sleep, which was tough to deal with. Sometimes, their daughter nearly fell asleep but would begin screaming again moments later.
“I am so well beyond touched out. I’m completely worn down and exhausted,” she said.
Her husband works as a driver, so he must be well-rested. Because of this, he hasn’t been an active parent.
After he gets back from, he is in bed four hours later. She’s overwhelmed and drained and expressed this to her husband.
A few days ago, she texted him at 3 p.m., telling him how tired she was, adding that their daughter was giving her a difficult time that day.
Then, she advised him to grab food for himself on the way home from work because she wasn’t going to cook anything that night.
“He gets home at 6:30 p.m. and immediately starts telling me how ‘sick’ he is and starts following me everywhere, moaning, groaning, and saying, ‘Ughhhh,'” she said.
She suggested that he take a shower, but he refused, claiming he didn’t have the energy to shower. After that, she advised that he take Tylenol, but he refused that idea, too.

She walked into their room and sat on the bed. At this point, their daughter had finally fallen asleep, so she wanted to soak up the time she had to herself to relax and have space.
“He curls up right behind me and won’t stop touching me while moaning and groaning. I say, ‘Listen, I know you’re feeling ill right now, and I’m sorry, but if I keep getting touched and followed, I’m probably going to snap,'” she explained.
In addition, she reminded her husband that she’d already suggested two ideas of things he could do to try to feel better, and she told him to do one of them.
Without a word, he stood up and marched out of the room. Unfortunately, their daughter woke up at that moment. So, she only had five minutes of peace, but barely 30 seconds without someone touching her.
Later, at around 8:40 p.m., she put their daughter in her swing and planned to get some cereal. Because of how chaotic the day was, she hadn’t eaten yet. Her husband was playing video games in front of their daughter’s swing, so she had to squeeze past him while on her way out of the room to go to the kitchen.
As she passed by him, she unintentionally brushed up against his back, and he responded, asking if she could rub his back more. Irritated, she told him no.
“I’m all but fuming because I’m so touched out. I get to the kitchen, and he yells out, ‘Babe, will you get me something to eat?’ So, I said in a clipped, ‘Nope.’ He said, ‘Seriously?'” So, I said, ‘Yup. I told you to pick something up for yourself because I wasn’t making anything for dinner,'” she shared.
In response, her husband was furious and told her he wasn’t demanding that she make him a big meal, adding that he felt terrible just like she did. He proceeded to march into their room, later texting her that he didn’t understand why she was acting this way, telling her that in the past, she seemed to enjoy caring for him when he was ill.
She texted back, saying that he used to care about how she was doing. But now, when she’s repeatedly expressed that she’s exhausted and sick of being touched, he expects her to take care of him, especially when he hasn’t taken over the parenting duties for her to have even five minutes to herself. After their texting argument, her husband has been sleeping in their guest room.
What advice would you give her?
