Less than one year ago, this 30-year-old man got married to his 32-year-old wife, and they dated for three years before tying the knot.

He says his wife truly is wonderful in every way you can imagine. She’s sweet, she’s gorgeous, she has a stable personality, and she doesn’t speak badly about a single person.

She also doesn’t like to pick fights with him or anyone, really, and she’s the perfect example of a friend and daughter.

His wife is basically amazing to every single person she meets, and he does feel super supported by her.

“But here’s the issue: she gets visibly upset with me over small things, prioritizes others over our time together, doesn’t take my opinions seriously but suddenly finds them valid when someone else suggests them, and frequently cancels our plans to help her unemployed family who live nearby,” he explained.

It’s not that it upsets him to help out his wife’s family; it’s the fact that it happens all the time to the point where it’s exhausting to him.

His wife’s sister, her sister’s family, and her parents don’t have jobs. His wife’s parents are retired, and her sister is a stay-at-home mom.

While his wife’s loved ones are able to get out of their own ways, they don’t, and his wife cancels plans that they make to go help her family all the time.

How involved his wife is with her family comes at the expense of their own relationship and marriage.
