Her Friend Called Her Toxic, Then Accused Her Of Throwing A Tantrum At Her Birthday Party

For the rest of the picnic, she was very upset about her friend, so she couldn’t help but be passive-aggressive toward her.

“She also brought alcohol without running by us, which was not a part of the plan,” she recalled.

“My passive aggression continued, and to avoid lashing out, I physically distanced myself from her. But towards the end, I ended up saying something along the lines of, ‘It’s my birthday, and I am being sidelined.'”

She didn’t speak to her friend for days following her party until one day when they finally sat down to talk about what happened. Instead of being apologetic, her friend accused her of throwing a ‘tantrum’ at her party and called her juvenile, toxic, and delusional.

Should she try to be friends with this person anymore or consider ending their relationship?
