Jenna is no stranger to ghosting. She has experienced it several times and participated in the phenomenon herself. Now, she is taking this guy’s message as a lesson on how she wants to navigate dating.
In the comments section, many TikTok users shared how they were happy to receive a similar type of text from a guy.
“This happened to me a few weeks ago and I thought how lucky that girl is to have found such a respectful guy!!” exclaimed one user.
“Omg, this happened to me a few months back! And then two months later, he reached back out and we did end up going on a first date,” stated another.

But on the opposite side of things, others have revealed that sending cancelation texts themselves did not garner positive results.
