“I somewhat agree with this,” she admitted, “Yet I think since I had already paid and planned, it’s quite selfish that she was making me feel guilty.”
After all, she planned the surgery way and told her sister about it before her sister even announced the wedding date.
That’s why she decided to stick to her original plan and go through with her trip to Turkey – missing her sister’s wedding in the process. And now, their relationship has been nonexistent ever since.
“As I didn’t attend the wedding, my sister hasn’t spoken to me much since, but I am loving my new nose,” she explained.
Still, after reflecting on the situation, she can’t help but wonder if refusing to be at her sister’s wedding and going through with her surgery instead was really the wrong thing to do.
