She Vanished From Her Friend’s Apartment On St. Patrick’s Day Four Years Ago, Leaving Her Cell Phone And Purse Behind

Ever since Amanda’s disappearance, her mother has had custody of her child. And for Amanda’s aunt, Joan O’Connor, not knowing what happened to Amanda has been eating at her for years.

“Did foul play happen? Was she human trafficked? No one knows,” Joan said.

Following the four-year anniversary of Amanda’s disappearance, the Derry Police Department issued a renewed plea for help from the public.

“As we keep this investigation active, many people are learning of Amanda’s disappearance for the first time. This has caused a re-circulation of old tips being offered as ‘new,'” the department said in a press release.

“Derry detectives continue to sort through these in hopes of finding new investigative leads to pursue.”

In the meantime, Amanda’s loved ones have continued holding onto hope that the truth will come to light.

“We need to help find her. And hopefully, we’ll get that done,” Joan stated.

Amanda’s family is also offering a $2,000 reward for any information regarding her disappearance.

Amanda is five foot five, weighs about 135 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. If you have any information related to her case, you are urged to contact the Derry Police Department at (603) 432-6111.
