After the ghost disappeared, she grabbed her sister’s arm, and they ran into the tiny bathroom connected to the bedroom. Ever since this scary experience, she didn’t tell people the entire truth.
She always described the ghost as a girl with long, dark hair and a fair complexion, which was accurate, but there was more to the story that she never shared with anyone. It was so spooky that she sometimes tried to forget the most crucial detail.
“The truth was too disturbing to believe. It had my long brown hair. It had my face. It looked like me but pale, malnourished, and tired,” she shared.
Everyone told her how beautiful her long hair was, but after seeing this ghost, she chopped it off and kept it shoulder-length. Not long ago, she brought up the incident to her sister, who didn’t remember it.
Her sister is three years younger, so she wondered if her sister possibly suppressed the memory because of the trauma and terror. She dropped the subject because she didn’t want to re-traumatize her sister. Plus, she wished she couldn’t remember the experience, either.
